Return Policy

Whilst we hope you love the items you purchase on, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return some items.

You can return most items purchased through, the following criteria applies;

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of being received.  You then have a further 14 days to return the item/s to us.
  • Items must be undamaged and in original packaging in order to be eligible for return.  Clam packed items must be unopened.
  • Return Postage to be paid by you, the customer, unless the item is faulty in which case we will supply a Returns Label.

To return your product, please email  Please do not ship items back until authorised as we may not be able to refund your purchase if you do.

We may require a proof of postage in the event that your item gets lost in transit.

KeySmart MAX and KeySmart Pro

Due to the nature of the KeySmart Max and KeySmart Pro, we are unable to accept it back if it has been paired/synced with your phone on the tile app as this is a once only activation and can not be unlinked.  This does not apply if the item is faulty.  All faulty returns are tested before any refunds are given and if unit is found to be working as it should then the item will be returned to yourself and no refund shall be issued.
